Arrowhead Winch has named Blake Chandler chief executive officer, effective July 6, 2026, adding a longtime industrial manufacturing executive to lead the company’ s
Chandler next phase of growth.
The company, which manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems, announced Chandler’ s appointment on June 9.
Before joining Arrowhead Winch, Chandler spent 18 years at WireCo WorldGroup, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including senior vice president of global sales. During that time, the company expanded into a global organization with annual revenue exceeding $ 800 million.
Chandler most recently served as general manager of the rigging business for Lift Solutions Holdings, where he led strategy, sales, operational performance and financial oversight.
As CEO, Chandler will oversee Arrowhead Winch’ s operations across its BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brands, with a focus on innovation, customer relationships and long-term operational growth.
TVH announced that Giuliano Parodi will serve as the company’ s new chief executive officer beginning September 1, 2026.
Parodi joins TVH after serving as group chief strategy

officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Yanmar. In that position, he played a role in shaping strategy and overseeing operations outside Japan.
Earlier, Parodi served as CEO and chairman of Yanmar Compact Equipment, leading a global business with operations across Japan, Europe and North America. His industry background also includes senior leadership positions with Bobcat Company and Fiat Group.
According to TVH, Parodi brings experience in business transformation, global growth strategies and operational scaling, with an emphasis on aftermarket services and customer-focused solutions.
Elliott Equipment Company has named Chris Rycroft director of sales, expanding his leadership role to include oversight of Elliott’ s full product portfolio and sales team.
Rycroft Rycroft currently serves
as director of sales for mechanic and lube truck products at Stellar Industries and will continue in that position while assuming responsibilities at Elliott. The role expansion took effect immediately.
In his new position, Rycroft will oversee sales growth across Elliott’ s product lines, which include truck-mounted aerial work platforms, digger derricks and cranes. He will also work with Elliott’ s product team by sharing field insights and market feedback. Elliott’ s regional sales managers will now report directly to him.
Rycroft joined Stellar in 2021 and has spent the last five years supporting the company’ s market position in the mechanic truck segment. He will continue leading Stellar’ s team of regional sales managers while taking on Elliott sales leadership duties.
Andrew Schumacher has joined Elliott Equipment Company as vice president of Nebraska operations.
In his new role, Schumacher will oversee Elliott’ s production, quality, engineering and

safety functions while reporting to Stellar Chief Operating Officer Craig Shafer. Elliott said Schumacher will lead the company’ s Nebraska operations team as part of efforts to advance operational performance.
Chad Barrett joins Elliott Equipment Company as director of product management, where he will lead ongoing development of the company’ s equipment portfolio and help
Barrett integrate customer feedback
into product planning and enhancements.
Reporting to Stellar Vice President of Supply Chain and Product Management Matt Schroeder, Barrett brings more than a decade of engineering and product development experience in the utility equipment industry.
Merlo America has appointed Jerry Donahue to its U. S. sales team as territory business manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
Donahue According to the company’ s
announcement, Donahue’ s territory spans from Maryland to Maine and includes Long Island, New York and Pennsylvania. In the role, he will support dealer development and customer relationships across construction, agriculture and forestry markets.
Donahue joined Merlo America with experience in capital equipment sales, OEM manufacturing and dealer network development.

Summit Handling Systems has added Donkey Forklifts to its equipment lineup as part of a new dealer partnership covering Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts.
The agreement expands Donkey Forklifts’ presence in the Northeast and integrates its truck-mounted forklift products into Summit’ s six-location distribution and service network.
Summit Handling Systems provides maintenance, repair, parts and technical support services for material handling and construction equipment, supported by more than 50 technicians across the region.
The partnership adds to Donkey Forklifts’ dealer network expansion strategy and strengthens regional support for customers using truck-mounted forklift equipment in the Northeast.
Merlo America has added Piranha Rentals to its U. S. dealer network, expanding access to Merlo telehandlers, attachments, parts and service support across South Louisiana.
Headquartered in Houma, Piranha Rentals also operates facilities serving Venice, Fourchon and Plaquemine. Founded in 2008, the family-owned rental company supports offshore oil and gas, petrochemical, construction, pipeline, homebuilding and industrial markets.
As an authorized dealer, Piranha Rentals will offer sales, rentals, parts and service support for Merlo equipment across its Louisiana locations. The company’ s network includes facilities near key industrial areas, including Fourchon, which serves offshore energy operations, and Plaquemine, located near petrochemical and plant construction activity.
According to the company, Piranha Rentals first added Merlo telehandlers to its fleet as customer demand increased for lifting and material handling equipment. The company currently operates 36 Merlo telehandlers across oilfield, construction, industrial and pipeline applications.
For Merlo America, the appointment expands dealer coverage in a region where equipment reliability and service access are key considerations.
