PRODUCT ROUNDUP

Rotating Telehandlers

Each Product Roundup offers highlights on a specific type of equipment for the aerial lift and material handling industry. These manufacturers have provided details on the model of their choosing.
JLG R11100
The JLG R11100 rotating telehandler is a high-capacity lifting solution designed for complex jobsite requirements. With a 13,000-pound load capacity and a maximum reach height of 97 feet, it provides versatile performance across various applications. Its 360-degree continuous rotation allows for precise horizontal and vertical material placement, particularly in areas where traditional telehandlers have limited maneuverability.
Equipped with front and rear scissor-style outriggers and automatic leveling jacks, the R11100 can stabilize itself on uneven terrain, compensating up to six degrees. It functions as a traditional telehandler, a mobile elevating work platform when fitted with a platform attachment and a rough-terrain crane when using a truss boom and winch.
A 168-horsepower fluid power technology diesel engine powers the machine, paired with a 2-speed hydrostatic transmission for smoother operation. Standard foam-filled tires enhance durability on rugged surfaces. With 13 available attachments, including work platforms, crane jibs and rotating carriages, the R11100 adapts to a range of lifting and material handling tasks.

Dieci Pegasus 60.40
The Pegasus 60.40 is a three-in-one telehandler with an operational coverage of more than 21,500 square feet and a lifting height of up to 131 feet. With a capacity of 13,200 pounds, it is designed for advanced performance in lifting and handling operations in the construction industry. Its technology enhances ease of use, efficiency, comfort and safety.
New management software, developed by Dieci specialists, brings the machine’ s electronics to automotive standards. The intuitive controls and intelligent boom movement improve precision, safety and control.
The redesigned cab provides operators with essential functional controls, including dual 4.3-inch and 12-inch displays for digital control management, an additional joystick for outrigger movement and an“ equipment quick coupling” control on the joystick. A range of attachments and a new remote control with a display allow the machine to be operated from the ground or the basket.
The Pegasus 60.40 functions as a telehandler, aerial platform and crane, offering versatility across multiple jobsite applications.

Magni RTH 22.120
The Magni RTH 22.120 rotating telehandler is designed for heavy-duty lifting and material handling in construction and industrial applications. With a maximum lift capacity of 22,700 pounds and a lifting height of 120 feet 5 inches, it provides stability and precision in demanding environments.
The machine features Magni’ s patented outrigger system, which stabilizes the telehandler on various terrains and in confined spaces. An automatic leveling function, accessible through the digital display, dynamically adjusts the load chart based on outrigger configuration. This enhances safety and reduces setup time compared to conventional cranes.
Equipped with a digital load moment indicator, the RTH 22.120 uses radio frequency identification( RFID)-tagged attachments to update load charts in real time. Load-limiting technology prevents operators from exceeding safe operating limits. These safety features, along with its reinforced structure, ensure secure and efficient operation.
