LGMG North America Introduces SS1532ER and SS1932ER Micro Scissor Lifts

LGMG North America has introduced two new electric micro scissor lifts, the SS1532ER and SS1932ER, expanding its lineup of compact access equipment. The new models are designed to enhance jobsite access and maneuverability in tight work environments, including maintenance, construction and healthcare settings.
According to the company, the lifts are engineered for applications where access, weight and productivity are critical. Target sectors include the construction of data centers, chip factories, battery plants and healthcare facilities.
The SS1532ER and SS1932ER share a compact footprint, measuring 31.9 inches in overall width and 61 inches in overall length. The two models differ in working heights and operating weights. The SS1932ER provides a maximum platform height of 18 feet, 1 inch
( indoor) and 14 feet, 9 inches( outdoor) and has an operating weight of 2,866 pounds. The SS1532ER offers a maximum platform height of 14 feet, 9 inches and weighs 2,293 pounds.
Low stowed heights— 6 feet, 7 inches for the SS1932ER and 6 feet, 4 inches for the SS1532ER— allow operators to pass through standard doorways without folding guardrails. Both lifts feature a 500-pound capacity platform rated for up to two occupants indoors and one outdoors.
The machines are equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous lift motor intended to provide smoother motion and improved efficiency, allowing for more working time between charges. Standard features include perimeter lighting for increased visibility in busy or low-light environments and an integrated step deck designed to provide additional reach for overhead work.
For indoor applications, the lifts include a standard leak containment system designed to capture hydraulic drips and help control leaks on jobsites. A keyed brake release switch is also included as standard equipment to disengage the brakes if the unit needs to be winched or pushed.

IBG Industrial Batteries Launches Modular Lithium Platform

IBG Industrial Batteries has entered the material handling market, introducing a standardized battery architecture that uses a shared core system across multiple equipment types. The platform is built around lithium iron phosphate( LFP) cells, a battery management system and integrated telemetry, with external steel housings adapted to fit specific forklift models. According to the company, this approach allows the platform to support more than 800 models across Class I, II and III lift trucks, as well as sweepers, scrubbers and other specialty equipment.
IBG stated that its modular platform is intended to simplify manufacturing and improve availability by reducing the need for application-specific battery builds. By standardizing core components and adapting only the external housing, the company said it can maintain U. S.-based inventory and reduce delivery times, with some units available for same-week shipping.
The batteries are available in voltage configurations ranging from 24 to 96 volts, with capacities from 150 to 1,500 amperehours. The system includes real-time cloud-based telemetry that tracks performance data such as energy throughput, charging activity, temperature and cell health.
The modular design also extends to serviceability. Individual battery modules can be replaced in the field, reducing the need to remove and return complete battery systems for repair.

LiftSmart Debuts Compact Lift Series

LiftSmart launched its new Compact Lift( CL) Series, introducing a lower-height material lift range designed for tight-access and indoor lifting applications.
The four-model CL Series includes lift heights from 4 feet to 12 feet and load capacities from 350 to 500 pounds at a 14-inch load center. Models include the CL-4, CL-8, CL-10 and CL-12, with standard or straddle base options depending on configuration.
LiftSmart’ s Adjust-A-Base system allows units to be converted between a standard base and a straddle base configuration. According to the company, common applications include HVAC installation, shipping and receiving, warehouse and retail stocking, appliance and IT equipment handling and construction or facilities maintenance tasks.
Designed and built in the U. S., the CL Series includes Colson casters and wheels, a Dutton-Lainson one-speed braking winch, integrated fork storage pockets, oversized heavyduty aluminum cable pulleys, extra robust 3 / 16 cable and standard forks.
