LIFT SPOTLIGHT

Selected Lifting Equipment and Components
Bravi Platforms Residential 170
The new Residential 170 by Bravi Platforms is a vertical lift designed for residential environments, with a clear distinguishing feature: dual travel modes, electric and manual. The operator can choose whether to move the machine autonomously or push it manually, depending on actual site conditions.
With a working height of up to 3.7 meters( 12.14 feet), the machine is suited for typical indoor applications such as installations, ceiling work, drywall, and maintenance. The ability to switch between modes allows operation even in occupied spaces or areas with access constraints, without interrupting workflow.
Residential 170 weighs 360 kilograms( 793.66 pounds) and is only 66 centimeters( 25.98 inches) wide, allowing it to pass through standard doorways and operate easily in apartments and corridors. Its low weight also simplifies transport and use on sensitive flooring.
Using the platform instead of traditional solutions such as ladders and scaffolding improves operator comfort by reducing repetitive movements and frequent climbing. This results in more continuous work and fewer interruptions, with a direct impact on overall site efficiency.
The combination of dual travel mode, compact dimensions, and defined working height makes Residential 170 a purpose-built solution for residential jobsites, where access and continuity are real constraints.

Genie GR Runabout Series
Genie GR Runabout vertical mast lifts combine compact dimensions and lightweight construction with the maneuverability needed for indoor access applications. Designed to fit through standard doorways with an operator on board and into most passenger elevators, the self-propelled lifts are suited for inventory management, stock picking, facility maintenance, and other tasks in warehouses and space-constrained environments.
The product line consists of three models— GR-12, GR-15, and GR-20— which provide indoor platform heights of 11 feet, 4 inches, 14 feet, 8 inches, and 19 feet, 9 inches, respectively. Full elevation drive contributes to increased productivity. Runabout vertical lifts also have outdoor platform height ratings and feature a zero inside turning radius for maneuverability in tight spaces.
The newest option for the GR product line is Genie Lift Guard Zone Lighting, a perimeter lighting system designed to increase awareness among operators and personnel working near the lift.
Zone Lighting uses red laser lights to project a highly visible boundary at ground level, approximately 2 feet( 61 centimeters) from the edge of the chassis. The projected line is approximately 0.6 inches( 15 millimeters) wide and visible under a range of indoor lighting conditions. By clearly defining the lift’ s operating footprint, the system helps operators recognize available perimeter clearance while alerting nearby personnel when they are approaching or entering the machine’ s work zone. Lift Guard Zone Lighting is available for Genie GR Runabout lifts as a factory-installed option or an aftermarket retrofit kit.
