JLG E25MCL
JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation business, has introduced the JLG E25MCL vertical mast lift to the North American market. The electric-powered E25MCL adds a higherreaching model to the company’ s vertical mast lift portfolio, with features designed for confined indoor environments requiring reach and maneuverability.
Designed for data centers, facilities maintenance, commercial construction, and industrial applications, the E25MCL combines a compact footprint with a 25-foot platform height and 31-foot working height. Its narrow chassis and zero inside turning radius help it navigate tight spaces and obstacles. The machine has a standard platform capacity of 350 pounds and a 265-pound deck extension capacity.
The E25MCL features progressive elevated drive technology, which adjusts travel speed as the platform is raised. It also features JLG Variable Tilt Technology, which helps maximize the machine’ s work envelope on slight slopes. A leak containment system uses built-in trays designed to contain 100 % of the system’ s hydraulic fluid.
Serviceability features include relocated batteries under the hood, simplified harness routing, and a reduced parts count. The E25MCL comes standard with flooded lead-acid( FLA) batteries, with AGM and lithium-ion options available. JLG ClearSky Smart Fleet connectivity also comes standard. Options and accessories include SkySense with Collision Avoidance, an object detection system designed to provide alerts and support operator awareness in certain operating conditions.

The SJ20 E, SJ16 E, and SJ12 E vertical masts are designed for low-level access applications requiring quiet operation, compact dimensions, and maneuverability. The models offer increased working heights, access in tight spaces, and features focused on operator safety.
These machines offer a rigid mast design for smooth operation at height and a mast-top that is in line with platform rails, benefiting overhead work, especially where there are drop ceilings. The telescopic mast is at the rear of the machine, which provides unrestricted views from the front-facing control box and keeps 90-degree front wheel steering away from the mast, allowing for zero-radius turning. The multi-stage cylinder mast design reduces maintenance. Included in a range of great features are a traversing deck with up-and-over capability, smart charging, simple robust controls, and an onboard diagnostics display with plain language readouts.
Skyjack’ s vertical masts’ robust all-steel platform with replaceable mesh floors offers a power-to-the-platform power source for tools, eliminates hanging cords, and provides plenty of lanyard attachment points. Front wheel electric drive provides exceptional duty cycles, improved controllability, 25 % gradeability, and consistent torque. Steel front wheel motor guards provide protection for parts. The machine’ s non-marking tires protect finished floors, while forklift pockets provide expanded functionality. The compact size and low weight allow for excellent maneuverability through standard doorways and in passenger elevators.
