Metaphase Launches TXFL Series Ultra-Bright Bar Lights

Metaphase Lighting Technologies has introduced its new TXFL series ultrahigh intensity bar lights, designed for machine vision applications in logistics, warehouse and manufacturing environments. The TXFL Series features three rows of LEDs and an integrated driver, providing high-intensity, uniform illumination for objects at extended distances or moving at high speeds.
The TXFL Series includes an integrated driver that eliminates the need for external strobing controllers and supports both continuous and strobe modes. In optical pulse-follow strobing mode, the lights deliver overdrive intensity up to eight times the direct current, with pulse widths up to two milliseconds and duty cycles reaching 10 %, enabling high-speed image capture without motion blur. Continuous illumination offers 0 – 10 volt dimming control for precise brightness adjustment.
The lights are designed for flexible installation, with T-slot mounting compatibility and multiple bracket options, including end cap swivel brackets, slide swivel brackets and joining plates for multi-light configurations. TXFL lights are available in lengths from 150 millimeters to 900 millimeters, with IP67-rated models suitable for harsh environments.
Metaphase also offers the TXFL Series in multiple spectral configurations, including visible white( 6500 Kelvin), red( 630 nanometers), green( 530 nanometers), blue( 470 nanometers), UV( 365 and 395 nanometers), near-
infrared( 850 and 940 nanometers) and short-wave infrared( 1050 – 1650 nanometers). Users can independently control up to three wavelengths in a single light for RGB or specialized applications, supporting tasks such as quality inspection, surface analysis and advanced imaging.
Additional features include multiple lens types, diffusers and polarizers to optimize light delivery for specific applications and operation on 24-volt DC with trigger rates up to 5 kilohertz. The TXFL series is available immediately through Metaphase’ s global distribution network.

Felling Trailers to Display FT-10 DDPT at ARA Show 2026

Felling Trailers Inc. will display the FT-10 DDPT drop deck pan tilt trailer at The ARA Show 2026, March 2 to 4, in Orlando, Florida.
The FT-10 DDPT is engineered for transporting lowclearance equipment, including scissor lifts and other access equipment that benefits from shallow loading angles. The trailer uses a gravity-based tilt bed rather than traditional ramps.
Design features include a 12-foot deck, four-foot dovetail and an 18-inch approach plate. The bed tilts from a center pivot point, providing approximate load angles between seven and 13 degrees. A locking mechanism secures the bed during transport.
Cargo containment is provided by 10-inch fabricated steel pan sides, with an optional 3 / 16-inch steel floor plate available. Tie-down accommodations include D-rings and corner tie-downs. A lockable toolbox is optional.
The FT-10 DDPT operates on dual 6,000-pound axles with spring suspension and forward self-adjusting electric brakes. The trailer has a GVWR of 9,980 pounds and a listed payload capacity of 7,380 pounds. LED lighting, sealed wiring and a seven-pole RV plug are standard.
The trailer will be available for viewing at Felling Trailers’ booth 5232 during the ARA Show.

JLG Expands ClearSky Smart Fleet

JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company, announced two forthcoming additions to its ClearSky Smart Fleet IoT platform: Digital Access Control and Over-the- Air( OTA) machine software updates. The features will operate through the platform’ s single connectivity beacon on JLG mobile elevating work platforms( MEWPs) and telehandlers.
The company said the enhancements are intended to digitize manual tasks and expand the platform’ s role in connected fleet management. The Digital Access Control feature allows fleet owners and managers to restrict or enable machine operation through the ClearSky Smart Fleet mobile app, removing the need for keypad entry.
Users can select from three machine states: restricted, creep or creep plus transport mode for limited-speed operation and unrestricted for full operation. The function works across ClearSky-equipped assets with an active subscription and requires no additional hardware. JLG said moving access control into the app also supports future developments, such as role-based permissions and jobsite-level access profiles, and reflects a broader strategy to connect entire jobsites, not just individual machines.
The second enhancement digitizes the machine software update process. Annual ANSI-required updates typically require technicians to physically connect to each MEWP, but OTA updates will allow remote downloading of software updates to the beacon through the web portal or mobile app. Updates can then be applied wirelessly to multiple machines, with someone onsite to trigger the process, and the beacon’ s onboard memory automatically restores machine personality settings. JLG said this process is designed to reduce labor and downtime while maintaining compliance.
The company said the additions build on ClearSky Smart Fleet’ s existing tools, which include diagnostics, remote troubleshooting and site-level network capabilities.
