YOKE Industrial Corp. has expanded global availability of its model 8-251 super point, a lifting point engineered for automatic load alignment in lifting and rigging applications. The unit is offered in capacities from 0.3 tonnes(. 33 U. S. tons) to 40 tonnes( 44.1 U. S. tons).
The lifting point incorporates a ball-bearing mechanism that allows full 360-degree rotation and 230-degree tilt, enabling the hardware to align with shifting loads and changing lift angles.
The model 8-251 super point uses forged alloy steel construction that is quenched and tempered, metric thread configuration and a forged hexagon-shaped body for attachment and removal.
The lifting point is designed for use in environments where side loading and angle changes occur. By automatically aligning with
the load, the component helps reduce stress on bolts and associated lifting equipment.
Each model 8-251 super point is equipped with a SupraNano digital chip and digital product passport( DPP), supporting traceability and inspection tracking in line with the European Union’ s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation( ESPR).
The product is tested to EN1677-1 and EN1677-4 standards and is certified to DGUV GS-OA-15-04. It meets or exceeds ASME B30.26 requirements and is 100 % magnaflux crack detected. In addition, it is proof tested to 2.5 times its working load limit( WLL) and fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times WLL. Users are advised not to turn continuously in a 90-degree direction at full load.
